Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, client success, or account management.
- Be able to prospect, establish, and manage long-term partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Have a track record of negotiating deals and aligning partners with company goals.
- Deliver on defined objectives with accountability and attention to detail.
- Work independently and demonstrate self-starting ability.
- Preferred: experience in affiliate marketing.
- Preferred: experience with Google Suite, SQL, deal negotiations, and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and secure affiliate partners aligned with client goals.
- Build and scale relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliates.
- Coordinate client onboarding and optimization with affiliates and internal teams.
- Execute logistics for campaign rollouts.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on performance, recruitment pipelines, and challenges.
- Monitor partner performance and collaborate with product and analyst teams on improvements and growth opportunities.
- Organize and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
