Requirements
- Be a registered healthcare professional.
- Have strong operational knowledge of managing and running healthcare services.
- Be proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft applications, InPhase, and other relevant platforms.
- Have team management experience.
- Be able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organise staffing plans for sites and mobile units, managing rotas and escalating gaps or challenges.
- Manage KPIs and support Service Delivery Leads and their teams across the region.
- Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
- Conduct site assessments and advise on clinical effectiveness, policy compliance, and patient experience.
- Provide weekend on-call cover for acute services, including Our Future Health.
