Requirements
- Have proven experience taking an AI product from 0 to 100; experience with MCP or similar agent tool connectivity is preferred.
- Bring hands-on experience writing evaluations and building skills that power agents.
- Have experience measuring AI product quality over time.
- Have experience coaching product managers in AI product work.
- Have experience building a platform, API, or ecosystem that others build on.
- Have experience managing and growing product managers, including developing their AI skills.
- Have a track record of establishing new ways of working adopted by teams beyond your own.
Responsibilities
- Decide which Lodgify capabilities to open to AI agents and how they fit into the host journey.
- Spend time with hosts and host builders and use their input to shape the roadmap.
- Define agent-powered use cases and quality standards with engineering and design.
- Build a marketplace where hosts create, share, and use skills, with trust and governance.
- Shape pricing and packaging with Product Marketing.
- Lead, hire, and grow a team of product managers.
- Develop product managers as strong PMs and confident AI builders.
- Shape how Product prototypes, runs evaluations, and works with AI engineering.
