Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.
- Have a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products.
- Be fluent in French and English.
- Have personally led consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators to surface unstated needs and define solution scope.
- Be able to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery, competing priorities, shifting requirements, and compressed timelines.
- Be able to define how an AI solution should function from a raw business problem and write precise specifications for build teams.
- Have experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines and documenting strategic tradeoffs.
- Have direct experience building with LLMs, such as writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype.
- Bring strong written communication, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows and uncover business challenges.
- Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform.
- Write detailed specifications and define prompt and context structures for AI solutions.
- Own solution design from initial customer problem through final deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target.
- Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
- Manage several client engagements and keep senior stakeholders aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts.
- Represent enterprise operators and domain experts while working with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.
