Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in product management.
- Have experience developing and launching a consumer mobile app for iOS or Android.
- Have experience managing and optimizing app presence and performance across app stores.
- Bring a customer-centric mindset and focus on user experience.
- Have experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
- Be fluent in English at CEFR C1 or C2.
- Fintech or payment-industry product management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of payment-industry regulatory requirements and security standards is a plus.
- French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate a product vision aligned with company objectives.
- Define and manage the strategic roadmap, including milestones, features, and product enhancements.
- Drive onboarding, user activation, engagement, and retention for the mobile app.
- Prioritize features and improvements using user behavior, data insights, and business impact.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and user feedback to optimize product performance.
- Report product development status to the Head of Product.
- Translate insights into actionable development tasks with product managers, developers, designers, and other teams.
- Collaborate with EPI member banks and balance product vision with external constraints and alignment needs.
- Make trade-offs between technical constraints and product features.
- Represent EPI and its interests with internal and external stakeholders.
