Requirements
- Proven experience leading tailored and scalable PR strategies for multiple international markets.
- Experience launching brands with little brand awareness in new European markets.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong experience working with and managing external agencies across multiple markets.
- Ability to understand local media and audience nuances and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Ability to deliver creative, impactful PR campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute PR activity in established European markets, including Ireland and Spain.
- Lead go-to-market PR strategy for new EU markets, establishing resources and launch plans and managing day-to-day activity.
- Develop campaigns and timely, locally relevant stories to secure consumer press coverage.
- Balance global campaigns with localised stories and content.
- Advise senior leaders on external communications, media training, engagement, and storytelling; manage spokespeople.
- Work with product, commercial, and operations teams to identify and amplify PR opportunities.
- Manage international agencies and team members, and resource PR activity in new EU markets.
- Build relationships with media and journalists and manage incoming press enquiries.
- Use data and insights to inform international expansion strategy.
- Establish processes in new markets and monitor industry and policy developments.
