Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions.
- Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings.
- Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
