Requirements

- Have at least 1 year of workers compensation experience, on the plaintiff or defense side.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills.
- Be able to manage cases independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers compensation matters from start to finish.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft legal pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance.
- Communicate frequently with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to achieve strong case outcomes.
