Job Details

7+ years of experience spanning short-form video production, graphic design, social publishing, and editorial copywriting.
Experience producing content for a mission-driven brand, media outlet, or agency.
Ability to manage projects autonomously from concept and scripting through editing, design, and social posting.
Hands-on fluency with short-form video tools such as CapCut, Canva Video, or Premiere Pro.
Fluency with visual design software such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trending formats, interactive features, and content performance.
Strong short-form copywriting skills, including social hooks and informative policy explainers.
Alignment with wild horse preservation, humane treatment of equines and animals, public lands stewardship, and women’s empowerment.

Conceptualize, edit, and optimize short-form Reels and TikTok videos.
Create visual hooks, text-on-screen overlays, and audio or voiceover selections for video assets.

Design carousels, static graphics, digital action guides, story templates, and promotional assets.
Apply the brand’s visual identity, including typography, colors, and grid layouts.

Write social captions, video overlays, and calls to action.
