Requirements
- Have a BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Have 1–4 years of professional experience, excluding internships.
- Have 1–3 years of client-facing or similar experience.
- Bring experience in client service and client relationship management.
- Be able to interpret client needs and meet or exceed expectations.
- Have strong project and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Have knowledge of and interest in user research, UX, or consumer research.
- Have an interest or experience in qualitative analysis.
- Be able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Be organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Train and educate clients on Dscout features and functionalities.
- Recommend research designs for clients using Dscout.
- Assist with planning, designing, recruiting, fielding, and analyzing client research projects.
- Engage with clients throughout their research projects.
- Create training and educational materials.
- Assist with billing and other client administrative processes.
- Guide research participants to support useful information sharing and a positive participation experience.
- Share client feedback internally to help improve Dscout's products.
