Requirements

- Ability to work in alignment with Central Standard Time (7:00AM - 4:00PM CST).
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills in the research and SaaS space.
- Proven experience collaborating with and mentoring team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Research Advisors, conducting 1:1s and providing project feedback.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring high team utilization rates and service quality.
- Track and own performance metrics including team utilization and CSAT.
- Drive enablement initiatives and develop AI-driven resources to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Directors to shape service and delivery operations.
- Participate in interview panels and oversee the onboarding and development of new hires.
