Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, assurance, or advisory, or in audit methodology, audit innovation, or audit transformation.
- Have a deep understanding of the audit lifecycle, including planning, evidence collection, review, and engagement management.
- Have experience supporting complex, multi-team audit environments and methodology rollouts.
- Be comfortable working hands-on in software platforms, configuring workflows, and troubleshooting real-world usage challenges.
- Bring technical curiosity, including interest in data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-powered workflows.
- Be able to lead training, enablement, and change management with audit teams.
- Be able to advise and drive change as a practitioner, rather than serving only as a support or relationship resource.
- Communicate clearly with audit practitioners, managers, and firm leadership.
- LLM or prompt creation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own adoption, usage, outcomes, and long-term retention for a portfolio of audit customers.
- Configure workflows, templates, and engagement structures inside the Fieldguide platform.
- Translate audit standards, firm methodologies, and best practices into scalable workflows.
- Partner with audit teams to improve audit efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Lead customer training, enablement, and change management to move teams away from legacy processes.
- Identify usage gaps, inefficiencies, and risk signals, and recommend improvements.
- Provide practitioner-level audit feedback to Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
- Support renewals and expansion by ensuring customers realize value from the platform.
- Contribute playbooks, templates, enablement content, and best-practice frameworks.
