Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service.
- Communicate effectively by phone, SMS, and email.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Be based in the Dominican Republic.
- Be available to work Central timezone hours, from 10.45 am to 7.15 pm CST.
- Demonstrate time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills to work with minimal direction.
- Adapt work efforts to changing or ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects generated by the growth marketing team; the role does not involve cold calling.
- Meet daily and monthly sales activity goals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to close sales.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and drive conversions.
- Participate in regular training sessions, one-on-ones, and company-wide meetings.
