Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience; SaaS experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Hold cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
- Organize and run multiple implementations in parallel.
- Lead customer kickoffs, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
- Prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
- Have technical fluency to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Bring exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, or LLMs, and familiarity with catalog data feeds, integrations, and APIs.
- Have experience coordinating implementations across internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
- Own implementation outcomes and coordinate Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners against a shared plan.
- Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a shared status view for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation and communicate progress, risks, and scope changes.
- Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time delivery.
- Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation to Customer Success and Support.
- Maintain implementation plans and reporting in systems of record.
- Standardize implementation processes, templates, and standards and help advance the automation-first operating model.
