Have 12+ years of professional software development experience within a Java framework such as Spring.
Have 8+ years of experience with architecture and design.
Have 6+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
Have 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
Have experience effectively using Cursor AI.
Have a track record of publications in credible conferences and journals.
Have experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of computer science data structures and algorithms and experience solving analytical problems quantitatively.
Be fluent in at least two modern languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#, including object-oriented design.
Have experience with microservices-oriented architecture, extensible REST APIs, and system architecture and design for reliability and scaling.
Have experience with DevOps concepts, cloud architecture, Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting, Azure Portal, monitoring tools, and performance assessments.
Have knowledge of Azure platform services, datacenter structure, Azure networking, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.

Provide technical and thought leadership across multiple areas of the enterprise.
Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and engineering teams to solve problems.
Develop and execute technical software development strategy across a variety of domains.
Build new systems and improve and enhance existing systems.
Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of solutions.
Use Java, Python or other object-oriented languages, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure tools and services.
Mentor and coach engineering and product community members, and influence and educate executives.
Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
Analyze costs and forecasts and incorporate them into business plans.
Support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, and measure outcomes.
