Requirements
- Have 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business, Billing, or Revenue Operations.
- Have experience in a high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to explain complex operational concepts to diverse audiences.
- Be detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and structured in problem-solving.
- Bonus: Have hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
- Bonus: Be familiar with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments.
Responsibilities
- Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap based on core business needs and customer impact.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enhancements and platform capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering and QA teams to deliver system capabilities.
- Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate cross-functional User Acceptance Testing.
- Design, document, and continuously improve operational procedures across the organization.
- Establish processes for large-scale cross-functional launches, including new product SKUs and updated buying programs.
- Help stakeholders navigate customization trade-offs and develop scalable solutions.
- Investigate billing and usage data discrepancies, troubleshoot edge cases, and maintain data integrity.
