- Have basic English at B2 level.
- Have a good understanding of computer handling skills.

- Be confident leading a conversation.
- Take initiative, ask questions, and make suggestions.
- Be flexible.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with invoices, reminders, and payments.
- Support customers with tariff changes and contract questions.
- Manage complaints, including overcharges or overpayments.
- Help with retention and move requests.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities in a service-oriented way.
