- Experience
- 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients. 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
Requirements
- Hold an active Maryland LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT license.
- Have at least 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
- Have at least 1 year of telehealth or virtual-setting experience.
- Be available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
- For the W2 part-time option, commit to 20 hours per week, with 17 completed direct-care hours.
- For the 1099 contractor option, commit to at least 10 open patient-care hours per week to achieve a baseline minimum of 8 completed clinical hours per week.
- Anchor all scheduled or available hours in peak core windows: after 3:00 PM on weekdays and/or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as their caregivers.
- Provide virtual and in-person therapy services.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
- Understand patients’ and families’ needs.
- Support patient and family engagement in treatment.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
