Job Details

Experience: One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients; one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting

Hold an independent LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in at least one U.S. state.
Be willing to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states.
Have one year of experience providing individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescent patients.
Have one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
Be available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
Work 20 contracted hours per week, including 17 completed direct-care hours.

Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers.
Provide care in virtual and in-person settings.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Understand patients' and families' needs and support engagement in treatment.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
