Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in child and family therapy.
- Be licensed in California as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC.
- Be available in the afternoon after 3:30pm or on weekends.
- Have strong clinical skills.
- Be creative in designing therapy for young clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families.
- Lead clinical intakes and set treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress.
- Create engaging clinical content and help translate best practices into digital interventions.
- Participate in individual meetings with a supervisor and group supervision.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in the EHR.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and provide feedback to improve programs and services.
- Contribute expertise through blogs and live events.
