Requirements
- Hold an independent LPC or LCSW license in Connecticut and be in good standing.
- For LPCs, hold a license pursuant to chapter 383a.
- For LCSWs, hold a license pursuant to chapter 383b.
- Be willing to be credentialed in Connecticut with the applicable LPC or LCSW license.
- Be consistently available to clients.
- Be willing to maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be willing to provide clinical supervision and documentation oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
- Provide weekly group supervision.
- Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours.
- Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week.
- Provide oversight of clinical documentation.
- Coach resident clinicians on their professional and clinical development.
- Complete weekly documentation of supervision sessions.
- Document coaching related to disciplinary or performance concerns.
- Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues.
