Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families.
- Hold an independent clinical license in good standing at the Master or Doctoral level, without need for clinical supervision.
- Hold a BC-TMH credential if required by the state of licensure.
- Offer at least 10 sessions per week for bookings, with flexibility to adjust availability.
- Demonstrate clinical competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, and in measurement-based care.
- Have experience with risk management and higher-acuity cases.
- Have knowledge of and commitment to culturally responsive care.
- Be comfortable using care delivery technology, including video conferencing, EMR, applications, tech tools, and Google web apps.
- Have a safe, secure location and reliable internet connection for Zoom-based psychotherapy.
- Be able to communicate effectively and work within interdisciplinary teams.
- Night and weekend flexibility is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide tele-therapy to Headspace patients using a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
- Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in the EMR within 48 hours of each session.
- Maintain a personalized database with proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, and personal information.
- Keep the availability calendar up to date.
- Work with health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers.
