Experience: 8+ years of experience in optical retail, practice management or retail field leadership

Have sales experience in the optical industry.
Bring strong existing relationships in the optical community.
Have a solid understanding of optometry office and patient flow.
Have 8+ years of experience in optical retail, practice management or retail field leadership.
Show a proven record of driving in-store sales.
Have experience onboarding and coaching front-line staff and making new processes stick.
Learn new software quickly and be able to teach it to others.
Have carried targets tied to store or practice performance.
Be credible with clinicians and front-line retail staff.
Be comfortable working in the field daily across a large geographic territory.
Be available for a full-time, daytime field schedule of 40 hours per week.
Preferred: experience in SaaS, healthcare technology or software platform adoption.

Own a territory of practices through activation, training, adoption and revenue growth.
Drive attach rate and revenue per practice as primary performance metrics.
Use data to revive stalled practices and scale practices’ successful approaches.
Lead change management so the platform becomes part of each practice’s daily workflow.
Train practice teams on the platform and in-exam selling.
Build daily habits through in-practice visits, follow-ups and check-ins.
Sell doctors on the curated retail model and staff on daily platform use.
Monitor practice orders, identify drop-offs and help recommendations become completed purchases.
Partner with pilot practices by sharing performance feedback and keeping them engaged.
Report pilot feedback to leadership and product teams, and turn top-performer success stories into playbooks.
