Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on SQL skills.
- Have experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Have experience using at least one BI or visualization platform, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Be familiar with databases and data warehouses.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify patterns in complex datasets.
- Pay strong attention to data accuracy and reporting reliability.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have professional working English.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Python experience for data analysis or automation is a nice-to-have.
- Data pipeline, integration, reporting automation, or data modeling experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.
- Translate data into insights and evidence-based recommendations for stakeholders.
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and combine data from multiple sources.
- Validate datasets and troubleshoot inconsistencies across reporting and source systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using BI and visualization platforms.
- Build or maintain data pipelines and integrations between business systems and reporting environments.
- Automate recurring reporting and data preparation workflows.
- Monitor data accuracy, validate reporting outputs, and document reporting and data workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and present findings clearly.
