SalaryBase + commission structure. We anticipate the base to be approximately $60,000 to $70,000 (depending on location & experience) with an opportunity for a $10,000-$15,000 commission, should you hit performance and enrollment targets.

Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in enrollment, patient outreach, a call center, or an SDR role with high phone volume.
- Be motivated to help patients access care and meet enrollment targets.
- Build trust with providers and patients through curiosity, empathy, and clarity.
- Stay organized, take initiative, and manage details in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
- Write and speak clearly and professionally, adapting communication to the audience and situation.
- Have experience documenting in a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Be able to use tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHRs, and adapt to new systems and workflows.
- Patient-facing roles require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and compliance with Daymark's Employee Vaccination and Testing policy.
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
- Guide patients through enrollment, surfacing their goals and concerns to help tailor support.
- Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and connect patients with the right team members.
- Obtain patient consent and complete enrollment surveys.
- Escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
- Share feedback with internal teams about patient and provider needs, referral trends, and barriers to access.
- Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access.
