Requirements
- Have 10+ years of data and analytics experience.
- Have at least 5 years of experience with database design and architecture, at least 2 years with Azure technologies, and previous consulting experience.
- Have expert knowledge of data management, business intelligence, and analytics concepts, including ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data governance, and reporting.
- Have expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies, including SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Have experience in at least two data management areas, such as data warehousing and business intelligence, data science and ML, master data management, data governance, or data quality management.
- Have experience designing data management operating models and working with frameworks such as DMM, DAMA, and TOGAF.
- Have experience with financial valuation for data and analytics.
- Be able to run workshops with business stakeholders using methodologies such as design thinking.
- Have extensive knowledge of business process design and optimization related to data and technology.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of data engagements and manage project teams to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering and design-thinking workshops to define client current states, objectives, and future-state recommendations.
- Design modern data platform architectures based on client requirements.
- Assess client problems through interviews, analysis, and consulting practices such as gap analysis.
- Develop data strategies, assessments, visions, roadmaps, and business case deliverables.
- Lead and mentor teams implementing client solutions.
- Build client relationships and communicate technical details to business and management stakeholders.
- Design and help develop high-performing, reliable, and scalable data solutions using Azure technologies.
- Monitor data management technology trends and recommend improvements to 3Cloud offerings and capabilities.
