Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of engagement management, delivery leadership, or technical program/project management experience on complex enterprise technology deployments.
- Have experience as a project manager for engineering or services teams focused on agile delivery.
- Hold a PMP or Scrum certification.
- Have experience running formal risk and issue governance, including risk registers, RAID logs, and steering committees.
- Be able to influence decisions and operate in politically complex stakeholder environments.
- Have the seniority to escalate to and negotiate with customer and internal executives.
- Bring technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming, or data infrastructure, such as Kafka or Redpanda, sufficient to assess delivery and technical risk.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to a CIO and negotiating scope with an SI delivery lead.
- Be flexible to travel to customer sites for high-stakes engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key internal and customer stakeholders.
- Own and maintain project plans to support ongoing delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for customers and internal delivery teams on assigned accounts.
- Ensure pod projects are resourced and delivered against plan, escalating risks as needed.
- Push back on inappropriate timelines, scope changes, and risks to agreed deliverables.
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on pre- to post-sales handoffs, confirming scope, timelines, and success criteria.
- Build program playbooks and toolkits to improve repeatability and enable scale.
