Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product management experience on live mobile games or equivalent experience.
- Bring deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs.
- Understand live game operations, marketing, and event strategies.
- Have experience setting up and working with long-term production pipelines, including design production processes.
- Work effectively across disciplines and distributed teams.
- Experience taking a new game from development to global launch is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and day-to-day decisions for live games in line with the Subpod strategy.
- Plan and execute live operations, including events, updates, and promotions.
- Support the Subpod's growth strategy with marketing and design teams.
- Help shape upcoming puzzle titles through monetization strategy and long-term product vision.
- Track market and genre trends and turn them into product recommendations.
- Share learnings, challenge ideas constructively, and take ownership of outcomes.
