Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term company growth strategy in Europe and Africa.
Open new offices and manage operational activities in existing and newly established offices.
Lead the CEOs of Teltonika offices, set and evaluate operational goals, and oversee office expansion, hiring, and employee integration.
Develop financial strategies and plans focused on profitability and sustainable growth.
Develop sales strategies based on market needs and competition.
Plan and implement marketing strategies in new markets.
Collaborate with finance, HR, logistics, and headquarters.
Monitor continental performance and assess operational effectiveness.
Support M&A processes by identifying and analyzing potential acquisition targets and participating in initial-stage negotiations.
Improve operational efficiency, visit offices at least once a year, and temporarily step in as office CEO when required.
