Job Details

Have experience with A/B testing in a digital marketing channel.
Be proficient in using Braze to plan and launch campaigns.
Be able to derive data insights and build charts using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope.
Use a data-driven approach and understand startup growth metrics, analytics, and statistics.
Understand user psychology and motivation in mobile app usage.
Nice to have: experience at mobile-centric startups.
Nice to have: user acquisition experience, including ASO or performance marketing.
Nice to have: copywriting experience for marketing or sales communications.

Implement and optimize marketing campaigns in Braze using segmentation and targeting strategies.
Personalize campaign content with liquid logic in Braze based on user behavior and attributes.
Manage and enhance custom attributes in Braze.
Collaborate with the data analytics team to integrate and leverage user data.
Develop and test HTML code modifications in Braze templates across devices and email clients.
Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve growth and retention metrics.
Provide technical support and training on Braze and its integrations to team members.
