Job Details

Have experience with A/B testing in a digital marketing channel.
Be proficient in using Braze to plan and launch campaigns.
Be able to derive data insights and build charts using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope.
Use a data-driven approach and understand startup growth metrics, analytics, and statistics.
Focus on performance and measurable results.
Understand user psychology and motivation in mobile app usage.

Implement and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze, including advanced segmentation and targeting.
Personalize campaign content dynamically using liquid logic in Braze based on user behavior and attributes.
Manage and enhance custom attributes in Braze to support customer engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the data analytics team to integrate and leverage user data for campaign strategies.
Develop and test HTML code modifications in Braze templates across devices and email clients.
Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve growth and retention metrics.
Provide technical support and training to team members using Braze and integrating it with other tools and platforms.
