Requirements
- Have a strong understanding of the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.
- Have an established network within the Italian financial services and trading community.
- Bring proven experience in business development, partnerships or sales within financial services or online trading.
- Demonstrate a track record of acquiring clients and growing partner networks.
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Have strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Have strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to assess partner performance, identify trends and develop opportunities.
- Have working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to marketing and distributing trading products and managing partner activity.
- Have strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion across the Italian market.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Expand the Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network.
- Acquire high-value traders.
- Strengthen brand presence within the region.
