Requirements
- Demonstrated product design experience, preferably in an agency or comparable environment.
- Experience designing native iOS and Android applications and websites.
- Experience designing AI-enabled product features, interfaces, workflows, or interactions where AI meaningfully affects how users achieve goals.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows for ideation, exploration, and productivity.
- Experience leading individual design workstreams and providing design direction.
- Proficiency in UX and UI, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and wireframing.
- Ability to prepare implementation-ready design deliverables.
- Experience developing user-focused solutions in complex product environments, particularly enterprise technology or consumer products.
- Ability to present design work and explain design decisions to senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, developers, and designers.
- Familiarity with agile product design and development practices.
- Comfort working within enterprise-scale design systems.
- A product design portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/UI expertise and polished execution; AI-powered product examples are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of AI-powered features, interactions, and workflows, including edge cases, failure states, and trust signals.
- Own design workstreams within a client engagement and make design decisions with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Deliver research-informed UX, interaction design, visual design, and interface solutions across mobile applications and websites.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, production-ready designs, wireframes, annotations, and implementation artifacts.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to client stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and build working relationships.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, developers, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Integrate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate exploration and support problem-solving.
- Apply enterprise design systems and identify opportunities to improve product consistency, usability, and visual quality.
- Contribute to agile design and development cycles through experimentation and iteration.
