Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role.
- Bring an AI-first mindset and comfort integrating AI tools into your workflow.
- Have experience using AI to build rapid prototypes and collect user feedback.
- Have experience building AI-native interfaces (AIX).
- Demonstrate proficiency in UX design, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Be proficient with Figma and current design tools and software.
- Show a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Apply a user-centric approach and use user testing and iterative feedback to guide product decisions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, typography, and interactivity.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking and UX strategies, using client and user feedback to improve design outputs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and assets for clients and developers.
- Facilitate design discovery sessions and provide recommendations to clients.
- Lead client meetings on design matters and implement project-level solutions.
- Coordinate with QA and Engineering to evaluate design submissions and improve quality.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Manage stakeholder communication and present project status to different audiences.
- Identify process improvements and adapt design work to meet project goals.
- Work with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales on project delivery.
