Job Details

Minimum of 7 years of dedicated post-production experience.
Post-production experience within a Creative, Events, or Production Agency.
Expertise in print and digital.
Ability to manage a demanding workload under pressure and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments.
Track record of executing campaigns across diverse platforms.
Understanding of current trends and developments in new media and technology, with application to advertising and digital marketing.
Previous exposure to Resource and Production services sourcing.
Ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure and client-facing environments.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Lead post-production efforts across multiple workstreams and oversee productions from initial brief to final delivery.
Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, timing plans, budgets, and milestones with clients and creative teams.
Schedule and allocate internal resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Monitor project progress, scope, budget, resources, deadlines, and quality of final deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, action points, and change controls.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve delivery issues, and plan for potential problems.
Manage project costs and profitability, negotiate extensions or additional costs, and reconcile projects on completion.
Mentor and manage junior team members and contribute to workflow and process improvements.
