Requirements
- Bring three to five years of experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or another customer-facing role.
- Have a background in finance or accounting.
- Demonstrate strong practical Excel knowledge, including formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, and complex financial models.
- Understand financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- Be able to engage professionally with senior finance stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Validate financial data and apply a methodical approach to improving model quality and reporting reliability.
- Manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Professional-level fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers' financial processes, models, and data structures to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
- Implement financial workflows and customer data within the platform.
- Conduct business analyses across budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance monitoring, financial modeling, and standard reporting.
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer-provided data; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate existing financial procedures and recommend workflow and reporting improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Vice Presidents, Controllers, and Directors of Finance.
- Gather customer requirements, manage expectations, and provide guidance throughout implementation.
- Help customers develop and improve financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges and communicate progress.
