Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Have experience in retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
- Have experience presenting directly to executives and/or stakeholders.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Have familiarity with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI/data visualization tools; working proficiency is preferred.
- Be highly analytical and quantitative-minded, intellectually curious, and able to manage projects independently.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the consolidated financial model and own monthly rolling forecasts.
- Partner with the CFO on annual operating and long-range plans, including assumptions, scenarios, targets, and trade-offs.
- Drive month-end close processes with Accounting and prepare monthly financial packages for leadership.
- Run quarterly OpEx reviews with department leads and identify budget risks and opportunities.
- Own forecast accuracy and present analysis of performance against goals.
- Manage weekly performance reporting and analyze business performance drivers.
- Lead revenue forecasting and driver analysis across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels.
- Analyze customer cohorts, retention, AOV, CAC, and LTV to inform spend guardrails.
- Evaluate promotional strategies and opportunities with Growth & Retention teams and make recommendations.
- Collaborate across teams to improve reporting, financial visibility, and decision-making; support executive presentations and strategic planning.
