Requirements
- Have a founder-level or CTO-level track record building and shipping a product.
- Bring prior entrepreneurial or founding-team experience building and shipping enterprise AI projects.
- Be a hands-on operator who codes, architects, and ships personally.
- Have deep AI/ML product experience, ideally applied to data platforms, integration, or vertical SaaS.
- Be comfortable operating in a lean, PE-backed environment with tight sequencing between product, cost, and growth.
- Be based in India.
- Healthcare IT, data integration, or iPaaS experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop the AI platform strategy as Vorro evolves into an AI-first platform across multiple verticals.
- Own the roadmap for AI reporting, visualization, and workflow-automation modules built on the existing integration infrastructure.
- Hire technical talent and shape team structure across the US and India engineering organization.
- Own architecture and delivery velocity for AI-native features.
