Have 3+ years of experience in a CPO role in a B2C product or a CEO/Founder role in a B2C startup.
Have a track record of building successful B2C products with DAU above 100K.
Be proficient with BI and analytical tools such as Amplitude and Leanplum (CleverTap).
Have previous UI/UX experience.
Understand product development processes, agile methodologies, and user experience design best practices.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and prioritize tasks based on potential impact.
Have established, developed, and overseen high-performing teams.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and experience working in a dynamic startup setting.
Collaborate across teams and diverse cultures.
Communicate and influence effectively across organizational levels.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and focus on business outcomes.
Work effectively under tight deadlines and in rapidly changing environments.

Develop and drive the product strategy and vision.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research and business objectives.
