Requirements
- Have a track record building and shipping enterprise AI products in production.
- Bring a VP Engineering, Head of AI, or Director-level track record.
- Be a hands-on operator who codes, architects, and ships personally.
- Have deep AI/ML product experience, ideally applied to data platforms, integration, or vertical SaaS.
- Have experience hiring and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Be comfortable operating in a lean, PE-backed environment with tight sequencing between product, cost, and growth.
- Be based in India.
- Healthcare IT, data integration, or iPaaS experience is preferred, including exposure to HL7, FHIR, or EMR.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver Vorro’s AI platform as it evolves into an AI-first platform across multiple verticals.
- Execute the AI product roadmap for reporting, visualization, and workflow-automation modules on the existing integration infrastructure.
- Set AI architecture and engineering standards for LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, MLOps, and secure, HIPAA-compliant healthcare data handling.
- Build and lead the AI/ML and data engineering team in India, working closely with the US organization.
- Ship AI-native features to support renewed growth among existing customers and prospects.
