Requirements
- 10+ years in product management.
- 5+ years leading teams of Product Managers.
- Experience in B2B or vertical SaaS.
- Proven ownership of a product line’s commercial results, including P&L, bookings, or retention.
- Strong financial fluency.
- Experience consolidating or modernizing products and migrating customers from legacy platforms while protecting retention.
- Hands-on experience bringing AI and automation into production workflows with measurable adoption.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a strategy.
- Real estate technology, transaction management, or document and workflow software experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Transact’s revenue, bookings, retention, and margin, and report through a monthly Product Line Review.
- Define and defend an outcome-based strategy and roadmap tied to financial goals.
- Embed AI and conversational automation across transaction workflows to reduce manual work and drive customer adoption.
- Partner with Product leaders to make handoffs between Transact and other product lines seamless.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers.
- Track competitors and win/loss dynamics, and equip Sales and Marketing with battle cards and positioning.
- Own customer and partner relationships and turn feedback into prioritized action.
