Requirements
- Five or more years of IT industry experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems is a plus.
- Be familiar with leading operating systems and brand environments.
- Be able to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Communicate clearly in text form.
- Have a passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs.
Responsibilities
- Share knowledge and passion for the brand’s products and services.
- Use the brand’s products and services.
- Become familiar with the brand site and related media and searches.
- Compare and analyze competitor products.
- Show empathy to customers in stressful situations.
- Explain concepts at the customer’s knowledge level.
- Communicate with customers clearly in text form.
