Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development.
- Have experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally.
- Build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Have a strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
- Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Have experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks.
- Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sales, budget, and cash flow projections.
- Lead investment analysis for new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion.
- Create and manage financial models for business decisions and capital allocation.
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop dashboards to track revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate.
- Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor materials, and board reporting.
- Implement scalable processes for accounting, payroll, and spend management.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align goals and budgets.
