Job Details

Have higher technical education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a similar field.
Have 6+ years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering.
Bring expert knowledge of machining and fabrication processes, including turning, milling, CNC machining, EDM, laser/waterjet/plasma cutting, sheet metal processing, and welding.
Understand post-processing methods such as polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, sand/shot blasting, coatings, and painting.
Know materials including metals, plastics, and composites and their processing properties.
Have English proficiency at B2+ level.
Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and assessing labor intensity and manufacturability.
Have knowledge of tooling and fixture design for machining, assembly, and welding.
Have CAM programming experience for CNC using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or CypCut, or be ready for further training.
Be comfortable adopting CAD/CAM, CRM, and cloud systems.
Work effectively under time pressure with strong attention to detail.

Analyze CAD models and technical drawings in English.
Calculate manufacturing costs, including materials, machining hours, and post-processing.
Recommend manufacturing processes where needed.
Review 3D models and 2D drawings for quoting and manufacturability feedback.
Organize RFQs and clarify details with Sales and Engineering teams.
Document and transfer calculations to the Sales/Commercial team.
Maintain quote databases and ensure timely updates.
Deliver accurate quotes, ideally within 1–2 working hours.
Support process automation initiatives and workflow optimization.
