Requirements
- Have solid experience in manual testing.
- Have experience in test design.
- Have experience with test automation.
- Be ready to use Python during the probation period if currently working with another language; Python is preferred.
- Understand REST architecture.
- Have experience in API testing.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Integration testing and verifying data consistency between systems are a plus.
- Be flexible, open to change, and interested in growing.
Responsibilities
- Test the internal CRM, a workspace for customer support and business teams.
- Combine manual testing with automation in Python using the ready-made framework.
- Verify the CRM's business logic and integrations.
- Check data flows between the CRM and neighboring services.
- Work with product managers, developers, and system analysts.
- Test integrations including HubSpot, voice bots, telephony, email, and internal AI/LLM services.
