Job Details

Have senior-level experience independently leading QA in at least one project.
Have independently created and implemented a test concept or test strategy.
Have strong test automation skills in Python and pytest.
Have experience configuring and maintaining tests in CI pipelines.
Have experience testing backends and data systems, including APIs, data pipelines, batch processing, and integrations.
Have experience generating synthetic or rule-based test data.
Have experience with runtime, performance, and volume testing of backend or batch systems.
Have experience testing parallel processing.
Be able to design performance scenarios, define metrics, and analyze bottlenecks.
Have experience automating frontend tests using Playwright or a comparable tool.
Have experience with manual and exploratory testing.
Have experience with defect classification, severity levels, and release criteria.
Have English proficiency at C1 level.

Create and maintain the test concept, including test levels, risk-based priorities, test environments, and test data approaches.
Define defect severity, blocker criteria, and acceptance and release criteria for test releases and production go-live.
Design and implement test automation, including integration, API, pipeline, regression, and frontend tests.
Integrate Python and pytest tests into CI pipelines.
Automate PDF regression checks, including visual comparison, preflight, and PDF/X-3 validation.
Generate varied synthetic test data, including incomplete, malformed, duplicate, and edge-case inputs.
Build and maintain reference datasets based on real editions and test combinations of edition sizes and advertising structures.
Define and collect quality metrics, and monitor trends and regressions in solver and AI pipeline outputs.
Measure runtime, throughput, and output quality; test large editions, reruns, parallel production, and synthetic-data volumes.
Profile performance, analyze Grafana metrics, test scaling in AWS EKS, and conduct exploratory and release testing.
