Requirements
- Have Senior QA Engineer-level experience and independently lead QA in IT projects.
- Have practical experience creating and implementing a Test Strategy or Test Concept.
- Have strong Python and pytest skills for test automation.
- Have experience testing backends, APIs, and integrations.
- Have experience testing data pipelines and batch processes.
- Have experience with performance and volume testing.
- Have experience integrating tests with CI/CD processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test strategies and QA standards.
- Design and develop test automation in Python using pytest.
- Create integration, API, regression, performance, and volume tests.
- Build and maintain synthetic and reference test data.
- Define quality metrics and monitor regressions and quality trends.
- Test AI-based solutions, data pipelines, and optimization systems.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD processes.
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing where additional validation is needed.
- Analyze system performance, scalability, and quality.
