Job Details

Have commercial experience in software testing.
Have a strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Have experience creating test cases and test scenarios from requirements and specifications.
Have hands-on experience with Jira.
Have experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
Be able to identify risks and proactively address quality issues.
Have experience with test automation and performance testing.
Know API testing tools such as Postman.
Be familiar with CI/CD environments.
Have knowledge of Linux and databases.
Have experience working with cloud-based applications.
Have very good English and Polish.
Be willing to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2–3 weeks when required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
Design and maintain test cases based on business and technical documentation.
Review and align test scenarios with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
Prepare test sets for customer acceptance testing.
Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
Support performance and scalability testing activities.
Identify quality risks and propose mitigation actions.
Execute tests and document results using Jira and other testing tools.
Report and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Prepare regular test reports and quality metrics.
Identify automation opportunities and support test automation initiatives.
