Requirements
- Have 6+ years of QA experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Have at least 3 years of dedicated experience testing native or hybrid iOS/Android applications and web portals.
- Have experience testing card issuance and digital wallet provisioning, such as Apple Pay; Apple or card-scheme certification experience is preferred.
- Have experience testing digital onboarding/eKYC with OCR capture and maker-checker workflows in UAE banking.
- Have a proven track record testing complex API integrations with core banking backends.
- Have experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating with UI/UX and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for iOS, Android, and web-based digital banking applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, usability, and end-to-end testing across mobile devices, emulators, simulators, and web browsers.
- Test end-to-end scenarios spanning mobile and web applications, API middleware, and Temenos T24 Core Banking integrations.
- Validate REST/JSON APIs using Postman and SoapUI, including data accuracy, payloads, error handling, and transaction integrity.
- Test banking features and payment workflows, including onboarding, account opening, transfers, bill payments, remittances, deposits, and notifications.
- Test digital wallet provisioning, card tokenisation and lifecycle, and Apple Pay/In-App Provisioning integrations.
- Perform mobile security, performance, load, compatibility, and accessibility testing.
- Validate OCR and document verification for eKYC and test BPM/workflow systems and maker-checker back-office portals.
- Track defects in JIRA, coordinate with security, development, product, and automation teams, and prepare test execution reports and defect metrics.
