Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.
- Hold a full-time degree in an engineering field.
- Have programming experience with Python.
- Have a good understanding of REST APIs and making API calls.
- Have experience with Postman.
- Have experience with Zapier and other middleware or integration tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, including in-person or virtual presentations and whiteboards.
- Design flexible solutions that address customer requirements and work across multiple solutions.
- Provide customer support when required.
- Deliver customer demonstrations and help with customer onboarding.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to address internal obstacles.
- Identify reporting processes that may need improvement.
- Keep CRM account details and contact information accurate.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales to handle demonstrations and onboarding setups.
- Develop innovative solutions and workflows.
